1. Buy some meatballs from Sams (I have tried some others, but these are the only ones I like - unless you want to make homemade) Put meatballs in slow cooker or chafing dish. Mix together a bottle of Chili Sauce and some grape jelly - to your taste - and pour over meatballs. Cook on high until good and hot and then just keep warm. Serve with toothpicks.

2. Take one block cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 onion chopped fine, couple of ******* Worcestershire sauce.
Soften cream cheese, mix the rest of the above ingredients into cream cheese. Spread into a pie plate. Pour 1/2 jar of seafood sauce on top and spread evenly. Open 2 cans of minced clams - drain well - and sprinkle evenly over seafood sauce. Wrap in saran wrap and chill for at least a couple of hours. Serve with crackers. (Can use canned tiny shrimps also).

3. Take one block cream cheese. Soften. Pat evenly into a pie plate. Open a can of Hormel chili with beans. Pour onto cream cheese evenly. Sprinkle liberally with cheddar cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. Microwave on high for a couple of minutes until cheese is melted and bottom center of pie plate is not still cool to the touch. You can doctor up the cream cheese while you are softening it if you want to by adding rotel tomatoes, chopped green chilis, chopped scallions, etc. Serve with tortilla chips.

SKBS, we've made something called "Sausage Cheese Biscuits" for gatherings several times, and they are super-easy and always a hit. Better yet, they can be made ahead, frozen, then reheated in the oven, which is a huge boon when you're putting on a shindig like that.

2 cans buttermilk biscuits (the flaky variety)
2 cups grated Monterrey Jack cheese
1 pound hot sausage, cooked and drained
2 Tbls Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 325.

Lightly grease mini-muffin tin (we use pan spray). Divide each biscuit into halves and press down into a muffin cup, squishing it up the sides to make something like a pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients together. Place one tablespoon of mixture into each muffin cup on top of the biscuit. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Serve warm.

Freezes well; when you want to serve, thaw, then cover with foil and warm in a slow oven.

Note: I didn't indicate a yield because I find it varies depending on which muffin tin I use. The original recipe says it makes 30 (it also says to only use one can of biscuits and to divide each biscuit into thirds, which I have never been able to do). I generally get at least 32 out of it, sometimes close to 40 if I'm using my mini-muffin tin with the smaller muffin cups.

brie is extremely easy to make and you can add a variety of fillings. I always serve it when i'm having company in. Usually with a big cheese, meat, fruit and cracker spread.

I make a killer sangria too, which is always a hit with everyone.

I do something similar, instead i use a container of sweat & sour sauce. Even the kids love it. I'm tempted to make mine with your chili sauce and grape jelly.
