Right now my favorite one is the garlic and wine mix from The Melting Pot. MMMM... I'm going to sprinkle it and some olive oil on some chicken wings and bake till crispy.
Serving w/ Ree's smashed potatoes, ( The Pioneer Woman Cooks - Ree Drummond ) and a BLT Salad - Allrecipes (w/ turkey bacon).

Oh yeah baby!

I mix together garlic powder, dried onions, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and put it in a jar and shake it up every time I wanna use it. Good stuff. Tastes almost like a Greek Seasoning.

I just discovered Berber spice mix. It is an African (Ethiopian?) spice mix--unfortunately I don't have the list with me. But it turned boring lentils into heaven!

All things "Spice Hunter"

They have really good combos and pre-mixed ones you should check out thier website.
I can finally make my own chinese that actually tastes right. And the burritos from the mexican mix with some fresh tomatoes cooked while the rice is boiling up...So GOOD.

Sumac just by itself is the tastiest thing ever. Herbes de Provence with garlic. Chaat masala, pav bhaji masala are my favorites. Others I just make up as I go.

I like Chinese five-spice powder and Jamaican jerk paste(with extra-hot habaneros please!).

I also like curries of all different kinds.

The Sassy Salt I bought at the state fair. It's got jalapeno and cayenne powder in it.

We like several of Penzey's mixes. Their Northwoods seasoning is really good in soups and sprinkled over roasted root vegetables. Mural of Flavor is good in things that need a citrus/sour overtone. Their Rogan Josh is an excellent addition to Indian food. Pasta Sprinkle is a godsend to those who need a quick Italian-themed herbal blend for a sauce or a salad. I don't think we've had any that we didn't care for.

The spouse, who must watch his blood pressure as well as his blood sugar, poor fellow, has started using a mix called "Pleasonings" instead of salt at table. There is salt in it (unlike the Penzey's mixes, by the way) but most of the flavor comes from herbs rather than salt, and his blood pressure does better when he uses it.

Hot Madras style curry powder, very good on hard boiled eggs with tons of salt and pepper.
