You know, get up at whatever hour and just need something:
I even have half a Coke, or my favorite....slice of cheese on white bread a little mayo, and a glass of milk...

makes for good dreams...

really shows insight into your person to post this stuff.
Happy trails,

Hunter

I might have a bowl of cereal if right before bed, don't eat breakfast in the morning, or if mid-of-nite...need chocolate...

I don't eat in the middle of the night, but before bed this evening I had a little bit of plain yogurt mixed with half a banana and some ground flax seed.

A nice bowl of ramen soup. I know it's crazy, but it's Japanese thing.

Sometimes a handful of raisins or maybe a piece of leftover fried chicken. I'm flexible. I don't do it often but sometimes without that little something sleep just doesn't come. I'm an insomniac as it is.

If I am snacking because I am hungry, I'd have a bowl of cereal w/lowfat milk.

If I am snacking for enjoyment, well, then it would have to be whatever I wanted at the moment!

A bowl of cereal usually. Sometimes bread and cheese, or crackers and cheese. I also have trouble falling asleep and if I'm hungry its even harder. I don't usually get out of bed to eat though, I snack before I go to bed.

Crackers or crusty bread, then assorted bits of cheese with olives and pepperoncinis. I'm such a food dork...I make myself a tiny little cheese plate and indulge.

I sort of alternate. Some nights it is toreilla chips dipped in refried beans, and other nights it is cheese and saltines.
