Britain sells out of bacon chocolate
LONDON, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- The only British store to stock chocolate bars infused with bacon said its entire stock of the unusual candies sold out within 48 hours of hitting the shelves.

They had something similar to this on one of our morning shows. I think it was chocolate covered bacon. The hosts that tasted it said it was very good. I'm not sure though that I would buy it. Probably just another fad  |

They were giving away samples at Whole Foods the other day.

I have tried it, and yes, it's ambrosia. I've also had chocolate made with powdered red chiles and bacon. That's delicious too.

I would try it but I can't say it appeals a great deal. I tend to like my Chocolate "virgin", very bitter and very dark ( about 80% minimum cocoa butter). I am not even that keen on most chocolates so it would have to be pretty subtle for me to like it !  |

I love both bacon and chocolate---but together? Hmmm, I don't know, I think I like my chocolate sweet, not with salt.

I'll try most things once.. Don't think it sounds that good though.
I prefer my bacon unadorned or dressed in mayo, lettuce, and tomato.
