Everything was done on schedule and and was awesome
. I (as chief meat manager) seasoned the turkeys 3 days ahead this year and they were really tasty through and through, and I made sure the ham came out before it dried.( last years error
) We had enough dressing to build a sod house (various thicknesses/ delicious) All the sides were in perfect order; as usual. One of my sisters made 6 pies (3 pecan/3 punkin) and they were excellent. We were a little short on kitchen help and I was reminded that if I would get married we would have an extra set of hands around to help
Now that's a selling point for a potential mate...sheeeze
. Anyway, we had a blast and all in all it was great
