Can't you add an "all of the above" option to the list?

Depending on the dish, the situation and my mood, all of those are my favorite at one time or another. We grill brats in the summer (of course, we're in Wisconsin), use Italian sausage in spaghetti and lasagna, garlic sausage for boiled dinner, chorizo for chorizo and egg breakfast burritos, breakfast links with pancakes, bulk regular pork sausage along with ground beef for meatloaf, and the list goes on.

There is no way I can say that *only one*of those is my favorite - they all are!

I actually get my sausage from the local farmers market from a guy who sells Chicken Sausage. He makes all different kids.... Cajun, Spinach and Feta, Spicy..... but it is all chicken and all amazing! Hubby loves it. I don't eat it often, as I have to be careful with sausage. The nitrates tend to give me migraines, but these sausages aren't too hard on my head.... one reason I like them so much.... that and they aren't so heavy/ greasy....

Here in Chicago, a grilled Polish sausage or Italian sausage reign supreme. I love the equally. But when summer rolls around, it's Brats!

I voted Italian. My favorite are the skinny cheese & parsley pinwheel sausage. Yum-yum!

I agree with the kielbasa--but I would love to try those "real" kielbasa my DH has told me about in Mich. The ones the Polish people make there that are full of garlic. He has told me they are nothing like what we buying the stores here. They are so much better.........or so he says!
