Do you have one of those pizza stones? I put mine on one and it made the crust extra crispy - if you like it that way.

I have a steel but I actually just put one in the oven following their direction to place it right on the oven rack. I make the Rao's like that so I want kind of an equal prep to see how it compares.

Gonna have to try another Connie's, Rao's come out fine when cooked per directions, the Connie's was a little overdone, I should've watched more carefully, I may try the next one cooked on a pan. But I like Rao's saucebetter.
