Default Fish fry for Mother's Day (Pic)

Fried up some crappie & grouper, fries and hushpups with some cole slaw. Oh, and some chicken fingers for the picky little ones.

Notice the Captain D's malt vinegar

Great eats and great times with the family!

I was derailed during the outside cooking process and they're not as rare as I like, but they were tasty nonetheless. Dressed with ketchup, honey mustard and Del Monte sweet relish. Grilled Walla Walla on the side.

Homemade French toast with Farmer John maple sausage links and Grade B maple syrup from Vermont.

Freshly squeezed from the mid-season Valencia trees in my orchard. Sweet as sugar cream pie.

A quick batch of homemade bean with bacon soup.

That french toast and sauasge look so good. I love onion rolls for burgers too. Walla Walla is a sweet onion right?

Default Care to share your pictures?

Well, this is a picture of the juice I just made. Consists of two red delicious apples, one asian pear, about ten strawberries, and three small carrots and it is out of this world!

I know I need to be incorporating more veggies!

When I made pot roast one time....it was really two chuck roasts. It was very good but I can do better. Chuck roasts, onions, red potatoes, garlic cloves and carrots.
