I'm sitting here watching Paula & Aaron McCargo Jr. make the most delicious pork roast and drooling. I am a pork woman through and through. What are your favorite meats?

Without a doubt, beef tenderloin filets cooked rare with a red wine/mushroom sauce is my favorite. Rare prime rib with a sour cream/dill sauce is a close second.

I like salmon, if it's cooked well.

Wish I could still get water buffalo. It makes the most outstanding chili!

Tough choice. Love a good steak. A slow-cooked pork shoulder. Lamb anything - roast, chops, rack. Just had lamb yesterday and it's still a good memory, so I pick lamb.

Choices, choices! Love lamb, beef, pork...elk, venison...I suppose I like red meat over poultry, but my all-time favorite is lobster!

Canadian Beef ( the Fillet especially if hung for at least 4 weeks)
Wild Boar
Venison
Bison
Hare
Rabbit
Pheasant
Guinea Fowl
Wood Pigeon
Partridge
Ostrich
Pork ( free range though "factory" pork is horrid)
Free Range Chicken ( a good real chicken , roasted in its own juices can be truly divine)

I had sprinbok ( a type of antelope) in a restaurant recently and it was absolutely wonderful, not gamey at all as I expected it to be but like a very soft and tender Beef fillet. Vey moist and juicy and quite delicious.

Lamb is the only meat I am not that fond of. I will eat it if it is served to me but it does not agree with me and tends to make me feel a bit unwell.
