What's going on with this thread?
I don't think there's even one person that has mentioned Weinershnitzel, until now.
Must not be anyone's favorite, huh!!!

Never heard of it!

It's a hot dog joint with most of the locations in California. They have locations in many other states, too. Here's a link to their website:

www.Wienerschnitzel.com (http://www.wienerschnitzel.com/about.php - broken link)

I personally haven't eaten there in quite a while. Last time I did, it wasn't all that good, so I haven't had much desire to return. They are about the only chain that I know of where you can get a Kraut dog, but sadly, even that was only so-so last time I tried it. When I posted my earlier comment, it was intended in jest, because I don't know anyone that would call Wienershnitzel their favorite fast food chain.

It takes 120 days for the trans fats in 1 french fry to leave your body, I wised up after my heart attack, this garbage is killing you.

I THOUGHT that the topic - favorite fast food restaurants - was the topic. Why do YOU feel the need to THREADJACK with your snippet?

Back to the topic, I prefer the two Texas chains - Weinerschnitzel and Whataburger over nearly any of the national chains.

I choose Quiznos, love their chicken salads, they have alot of healthy options, like subway. The quaility is much better. If we had a chick fil a here in my area, I would eat there the most, they have the best chicken nuggets and waffle fries.

I used to love Der Weinerschnitzel when I was a teen-ager and into my 20s. I would always order 2 chili cheese dogs with fries. I haven't seen any around for years.

I used to love In N Out back in my teen-age days too. I went back to California a few years ago and was excited to go to IN N Out but the burgers don't tasts as good as they used to. They seemed to much smaller than what they used to be.

One I love now is Good Times. I always get the Mighty Deluxe burger w/cheese and a large order of onion rings. Love it!

I don't eat fast food very often at all (maybe once a month or so, if that) but the other day I was hungry and really fancied a burger so I tripped off to Maccies (that's McDonald's for those of you who don't speak 'Pleb' ) and got a Big Mac and fries. I don't mean to sound like a gush but the staff were superb, the restaurant was clean, the food was of very good quality and it was all very reasonably priced. All in all, everything I could ever ask for from a fast food outlet. It's had a bit of bad press in the past but I still enjoy the big M every time I go.
