My mom used to order stuff from Hershey's, and it was always a huge hit with my kids (ages 7, 12, 15). You can order from their catalog (and probably online as well) and they will ship it right to your grand-kids.

Or you could buy a cute candy jar or tin, and fill it with an assortment of candy from the grocery store. They'd probably love that.
