I was guessing that these where officially the most popular soft drinks in the US, so I my as well create this poll to find out which soft drink you people like the most.

Coke has a better taste if you haven't drank any soft drinks in a while.
But it's easier for me to get tired of Coke, and Im more often in the mood for Dr. Pepper.
So it's pretty tie, but what satisfies me the most when Im really thirsty is Coke.
I just love Coke

If it's just normal, non-diet, then Dr Pepper. However, Coke lured me back after some 20-odd years with Diet Coke with Splenda.

I say lured me back, because my first word was, literally, "Coke". I was sitting in my mother's lap, she burped, and I looked up at her and said, "Coke?"

However, Coca Cola so annoyed me with the whole "New Coke" fiasco (not so much that they tried something like that but that they insulted our intelligence with both "You'll like it better!" and "You won't be able to tell the difference!" and THEN went on to try to tell us that they'd gone back to the original recipe with Classic Coke - sorry, don't try that on someone who can tell where it was bottled by the taste because of the different water) that I stopped drinking Coke and went to Dr Pepper exclusively at that point and stood by that up until Diet Coke with Splenda. Still mad about it, though. If they'd fired the guy who was responsible for all that, I might have relented, but they didn't.

I like both ,but I can get Mexican coca-cola with real sugar here on the border ,it tastes a whole lot better than that corn syrup they use in American soft drinks

Mexican coke with real sugar instead of corn syrup is the best, I agree. Much tastier than the regular coke you usually pick up in the grocery store.

Also, I don't really get the comparison. I mean Coke vs. Pepsi vs. RC Cola is one thing...but Coke vs. Dr. Pepper doesn't really make sense. They're too different.
Every now and again I can appreciate a Dr. Pepper...but I can also see how some people think of Dr. Pepper as drinking a cough syrup-flavored beverage. It does have kind of a weird taste if it's not something you're craving at the time.

I'm a Pepsi girl, not a Coke girl, so I choose Dr. Pepper. I love Dr. Pepper, anyway.

I don't really drink fizzy soda unless i'm mixing it with alcohol. I usually drink alot of water and pure orange though i love pepsi with a Jack D and Dr Pepper on its own.

I'm gonna go with Dr P!
