I've four questions:


*Do you know "Flammenküche" ?

*If no,are you ready to taste ?

*If an alsatian restaurants opened near your home, are you ready to taste it ?

*For the end, if this restaurant is a "eat all you want buffet" are you ready ?

I am sorry to say that I have never tasted this Alsatian specialty.
But Strasbourg is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen.
And if a restaurant opened nearby and offered this dish, I would be ready to try it!

Yes, I had this before. I think Trader Joes carries this in their frozen pizza section. I had it once as an appetizer at a party and I believe that's where the hostess bought it from. Thin pizza w/ camelized onions, creme fraiche and bacon.... it is good.
