acine de pepe is small, round pasta like they use in the Italian Wedding Soup. Good stuff.

Because of all this talk about soup, I took all the leftover veggies in the fridge and a couple pcs. of chicken and made some chicken veggie soup w/leftover brown rice. Man, that was good!

I like that you translated that. They call it that as it's pasta shaped like course black pepper. We use it in soups and a step up from pastina to feed babies and kids.

Just chicken broth with little itsy bitsy pasta in it. It's simple but I love it so much!

My grandmother's homemade chicken soup with kluski noodles. I actually have the noodles sent to me by my family in Oh as they don't sell the special brand that I use here. Pathetic I know, but the soup isn't the same without it.
