I eat those plastic cups of salmon (and tuna) 3-4 days a week. I haven't had problems...yet.

If is canned in China, the mercury amount would be the least of my worries...

I eat canned fish all the time, but if someone is really worried and wants to know, read here:

BTW: salmon contains very little amount of mercury... tuna, much more.
