Won Ton Soup with extra scallions, egg roll with Chinese hot mustard and duck sauce, shrimp with lobster sauce, white rice, and pots of oolong tea. I judge all Chinese restaurants by this meal.
Hot and sour soup, spicy orange beef on steamed white rice, and an endless pot of oolong tea with little handle-less mugs. Almond cookie for dessert. Screw the fortune cookies.
I do the Buffet thing. Eat a bit (and sometimes a whole lot) of just about everything! I can't think of a better food in the whole world than the Chinese choices.
Steamed dumplings, egg drop soup, a couple of spring rolls, moo shu beef with white rice. And some carry-out cartons for leftovers.
