My favorite are honey-walnut shrimps, oysters in black bean sauce, salt and pepper pork ribs, Mongolian beef, Peking duck with buns, and lemon pepper chicken!

Oh yeah, Hot & Sour soup. Definitely that. I could be happy with just a bowl of Hot & Sour soup. But Prawns with Black Bean Sauce would be nice to follow. With plain rice and some Gai Lan. Peking Duck - haven't had that in sooooo long. That too. Oh, and Kung Pao Chicken as well.

For me it depends on the restaurant. Some have better dishes than the others. It's always a chicken dish and won ton soup

Hot & sour soup, shrimp toast (or steamed dumplings), and shrimp in lobster sauce or Hunan beef, or moo-goo gai pan, or tangerine beef, or ........ I could eat Chinese every day
