Howdy foodies! I can tell when Lacey isn't home doing her routines this thread is not at the top of my inbox. Maybe she will feel like posting to us soon I am standing in belief things went well today how about you?

Having fried rice and finishing up the chicken salad tonight. Either our appetites aren't as big as they use to be or I am making too much of stuff it seems lately.

Hi all and how do I thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

I'm groggy-like a weebil wobble and just hope I stay upright.

Tests went well-no detetction of blood leak, He removed some polyps, stretch my esohpogas again and removed a polyp. Tomoorw tho he wants a barium of small intestine. Just when you thought it was over.

Have a script for iron pills, high fiber diet plus fiber pills.

Let me tell yu I will never be able to pass the Gatorade display with out being sick! 64 oz of that w/MiraLa and I did it in 1 hr eather than the 2 and had a tough night.

Besides being groggy I am very tired but planning sausage/peppers subs ad fries salad.

Thanks for being with me friends-It meant so much.

YLisa-I know what you mean about burgers-give me one over a steak anyday!

Glad you are able to give us an update Lacey. Now take it easy and "prepare" for tomorrow. Low iron huh with all the spinach you have been eating?

Gym Rat those sound good to me as well but I fear on a grill here the fire would keep raining out or we would have soggy burgers and dogs.

Jax-that's what gets me-tons of raw spinach daily. Maybe liver now.

HG-wouldn't go that far girl. It can't be as bad as yesterday. Altho I did discover this delicious Welche's white grape/peach juice from the dairy section.

I cannot wait for dinner and they said no alcohol for 24 hrs-well no way!

Ha! I agree Lacey--no alcohol after all you went through today---well kiss my a$$. That is just crazy weird to have low iron after all the spinach you have eaten. Well, sometimes when the blood gets so low it takes a boost, more then veggies and such. I know I had to take some heavy duty iron pills for years. Sounds like you deserve to relax and take it easy for the rest of the day my friend!!

Oh Cyn I am-I spent a week wishing time away and at my age that's not good. They did say I have diverticulsis. My G-Ma had that so I'm relieved in a way.

Yep-tonight martini, sausage/peppers, salad in jammies and bed.

Lacey, glad to hear the tests went as well as they did today. Good luck for tomorrow! You definitely need to relax and have someone wait on you hand and foot today.

I want blueberry pancakes for dinner tonight, but I'm tired today and don't want to have to run the extra miles it would take to work them off. LOL Maybe turkey burgers with baked sweet potato fries instead.
