Hubby's gone. DD and the oldest son will be at work tonight. It's just the younger son and me tonight for dinner...it'll be a bit lonely. I'll make something quick and easy. No more Flat Belly diet menu. I think maybe Japanese chicken nuggets(karaage), veggie and rice. Something my son loves.

Going out to lunch with GF, that will cheer me up.

Hi all I know this is off topic but I just wanted to share with all my Foodie Friends. Sorry SMG please don't delete. Sometimes a deal is just to good not to pass on.

I just found an offer for a free Hallmark Mother's Day Card. There are many options of cards including photo cards. I just had one sent to my stepdaughter. Here is my original post.

Well, I must say May is certainly off to a good start. So many positive posts and smiles on our forum today, myself included.

skbs, you go girl and have so much fun.

Well I made an Executive decision for dinner today. I decided on Gourmet Hot dogs on the grill. I made egg, potato salad, baked beans and Hebrew National hot dogs on honey buttered toasted rolls. That's about as gourmet as we are getting here today.

I just read about kara age and realize I have had it cold in a bento box. I will definately be giving this a try.

I just made a casserole with the leftover ham - using hashbrowns, Veg-all, sour cream, cheddar cheese, etc.... Lets hope it is good after I pop it in the oven! Probably going to combine a little cheese, french fried onions to go on top when almost finished baking.
