Hello everyone.

Once again all you guys are making me ravenous and I may end up having to chew my laptop to stave off the hunger. Please stop making me drool , it is unseemly.

This evening is simple Thai Green Curry Chicken with basmati rice ( I don't have Thai rice ) and fresh fruit salad for dessert ( the strawberries are delicious at the moment here in the UK).

I am already planning tomorrow's dinner too as I might as well mess up my kitchen for two meals rather than one.

I am thinking of either Tabbouleh ( a summer staple at my house) and grilled Fish or maybe a very simple cold tuna , onion and pasta salad which I haven't had in ages.

Hello again, back from lunch and planning dinner. Tonight I am sauteing salmon fillets in balsamic vinegar and fresh figs until the figs caramelize, this will be topped on wilted fresh spinach and mushrooms. French red lentils simmered in c. broth with sauteed onion, carrots and celery. I am on a Lemon Mer. pie kick lately, so that will be tonight's dessert. Have a wonderful afternoon everyone, see you all later. kelsie

Kelsie, I'm starting to think it's just downright cruel and rude of you to post your meal plans. Aren't you the cookbook girl? I joined the party too late to know about all that - is there an explanation anywhere here that you can link me to? Is your cookbook for sale somewhere that's available to us? Like Lacey said - these meals you've been serving are killin me! Me want some Kelsie Cookin!
