Hi, all. Everything sounds so good.

DH was on his "day off" at B&N, so I ate what was in the fridge, and ended up with a hot Italian sausage w/sauteed onions and red pepper. Oh, and a beer.

Good evening all.

I did a lot of cooking this morning and afternoon so I would have less to do on Easter. I didn't want to cook again for dinner, so, we went to Panera....lately, it's becoming my third dinner table.

I want to wish everyone that celebrates Easter, a very happy one.

Lacey had an aunt that couldn't maintain well either until she finally set 10 lbs as her alarm. She ate like she wanted within reason but didn't fret about a few lbs until she reached 10 lbs. Then she was back on the loss wagon religiously until it was all gone. She said it gave her more freedom and control than trying to battle the scale everyday. I bet you look fabulous lady!

George what fun catching up must be in your life right now.

MTH do let us know please how that buckle turns out.

Yankeegirl glad your lasagna was great for ya.

MWBW I sure hope your work shows you appreciation for all the hours you put in there. Can I send ya my checkbook to reconcile it has been about 9 months.

Debsi how was your mystery dinner?

NMS will B&N be closed tomorrow?

Went to Wal Mart tonight they were out of so many items it was kind of spooky. We got everything we needed but Cool Whip so guess I will have to make a meringue topping for the coconut cream pie instead.

Have my salads, chocolate cake, ham, eggs, done for tomorrow which is actually today now huh? Corn casserole mixed up just have to pop it in the oven when I put the scalloped potatoes & ham in. I will make the cream filling for the pie and bake the rolls that have risen nicely on the counter later.

Have a blessed Easter foodie friends!

Joyous Easter morning all and there was so much cooking going on here last night.

None here really-life is very different for us now as family is all east and it's just us so holidays are "us" days. Will probably take a ride to the casino, play a little and order Chinese on the ride back so it'll be ready for pick-up.

Our son always spent holidays with our daughter and her family but now that he's a married man (LOL) he spends them with his M-I-L,etc. As long as my kids are happy I'm happy.

I understand Lacey--very quiet here too. DH will make up a nice ham and I'll put together a couple of side dishes. Other then that nothing happening. My DIL took the grandkids to CA and my son is working in Wash. We haven't seen them lately due to personal misunderstandings. My daughter of course is in CA but I did talk to my grandson yesterday and we discussed the Easter Bunny for a bit! Have a wonderful Easter all!!

Cyn let me wish you the Happiest of Easter Sundays.

The promises of spring....however they are interpreted....are full of Hope, Forgiveness, and Renewal.

I am sorry that family difficulties that have kept you all from being able to get together....sometimes families are like that....and acceptance is called for....hopefully like winter...hearts will thaw....and the breach bridged. It is to be greatly wished for......in the meantime....hang in there. I am glad that you got to talk with your grandson..... grandmothers are some of our most precious memories and are worth more than gold.
