Alas, WOE is me.... the stocker of ice cream at the grocery store told me the other day, my favorite ice cream, Starbuck's, has been purchased by Edy's and their formula's have all been changed!!!

My favorite was Coffee Almond Fudge which was a deliciously rich, creamy coffee ice cream laced with chocolate covered almonds!!! The BEST ice cream ever!!! None of the others were too shabby either, but that was my fav.

I don't care for Edy's... it's so commercialized... it's got more air pumped into it to create volume instead of the density of Starbuck's, Ben and Jerry's. and or Hagen Das.

Anyone else a Starbuck's ice cream fan? The container sports an entirely new look, but Edy's bought the rights to the name Starbuck for the product, so the contents aren't the same! Wahhhhhhh!!!!!!

I was wondering where the Starbuck's Coffee Ice Cream went the last few times I was at the supermarket. I had no idea they were bought by Edy's. Starbuck's had the best coffee flavored ice cream out there, even though I'm not a big fan of their coffee, their ice cream was great.
