Preferably whole raw goats milk, from a Nubian. High butterfat, super sweet. You can make ice cream with it and don't have to add sugar

Since it's the off season, I've been purchasing regular 2%. Blah.

1% for cereal (it's been years since I drank a glass of milk - not my thing), fat free half and half for coffee.

Agreed!!! Skim milk on cereals - yuk!!!!

Whole milk in coffee - gross.

I'm lactose intolerant so I drink lowfat Kefir. I also put it on granola or fruit. I occasionally use organic half and half for my coffee
