You can find some at ValveReplacement.com Forums - Powered by vBulletin and similar sites on the net. Be careful, some recipes are low fat OR low soduim, but not both. The local library is a good source for cookbooks too.

Here's one for chicken wings I made tonight:

marinade/baste of cider vinegar, olive oil and mollasses, with some garlic, onion powder, red peppers, black pepper, salt-free chilli powder and chopped fresh cilantro, baked in the oven and finished off under the broiler.

You can reduce the fat and sodium even more by removing the skin before cooking

I subscribe to cooking light magazine and they list fat/sodium content. Plenty of recipes there are low in both. You could also try allrecipes on the web and search by your criteria. Apologies if we aren't supposed to mention other websites!

Why did you have to come in and bust the party?

I was having a good time eating my ice-cream, and my pie, and my mac & cheese, and my Cheese Its, and my strawberry Twizzlers, and my cheese and beer (am I missing anything?), and here you come....

Make sure to keep in the good fats! Like olive oil and such.

Also you can either decrease sodium or up your potassium. Does the same thing, essentially.
