Never tried, but don't think I'd care for the other more uncommon bits of animals either, the delicacies like tongues or brains, etc.

I could live on raw fish (sushi, sashimi, etc.), but I had a bad experience with poorly prepared oysters, and now just the thought grosses me out. I will try them again someday, for certain, but not on a semi-full stomach, as that turned out poorly once.
