Pork chop hash. Grind them up with some spuds and onions, Maybe dice up some shrooms. Throw in whatever seasonings sound good. Fry it up and enjoy.

How long do you leave them in the pressure cooker? I'd like to try that

There were some nice ideas. What did you decide on? Was it a hit?

Did you ever make smothered chops? Lots of caramelized onions, thinly slice potatoes and the chops? I grew up on them, but my sons aren't devoted onion heads like me

Either slice it up and make pork stir fry with some veggies and rice on the side, or cook them in sauerkraut with beans as a side.

ways I eat pork chops-

bread them and deep fry

I like to cut em up in little pieces and pan fry with louisiana hot sauce then eat with tortilla, keep adding the sauce while they cook

cut them up in small pieces then wrap each one with bacon, season and pan fry or bake

or just season and pan fry them whole

For the boneless pork chops, I like them breaded and baked in the electric roaster/oven (Nesco).

Depends on how thick they are. My wife buys ones about 1/2 inch thick and after browning they go into the P.C. for about 20 to 25 minutes. She also seasons them and puts onion, garlic and potatoes in with the chops.

Default "Oven Fry"

I would go to your local grocery store and pick up a box of "Oven Fry Pork Chop". It's a breading that you code the pork chop with, then put in the oven, and it comes out like fried pork chops. In my opinion, it's the only way to eat pork chops anymore. It gives it flavor, and it's very good.

Good Luck with the pork chops!!
