Good Afternoon Foodie Friends!

I have been MIA the last couple of days, trying to work on the second cookbook.

CW: thank you & let me know how it turns out please, you know where to find me.

noma: I hope you feel better real soon, sending you some chicken soup---here catch.

lacey: thinking of you and Mr. "L"

cyn: it's time to take that trip to Ga. before it becomes a permanent injury.

The Ravioli the other night was delicious. San Marzano gravy, meatballs, crusty bread (dh loves to dip) and Italian salad with light dressing.

Very busy yesterday, so it was crusty, thin pepperoni & sausage pizza.

Today is baked honey ham with Pecan Praline glaze, mashed shallot potatoes and peas.

We are having guests for a birthday dinner tomorrow night. By the birthday girls request, Stuffed Tri-colored peppers, mashed shallot potatoes, large Antipasto, rolls & butter. Of course some kind of birthday cake too.

Have a wonderful afternoon everyone. Will check back later. kelsie

Mmmmm a foodie troll-good comeback Debsi.

Well Mr. L is still relaxing in the hosp. I get up thre early so he can have his paper and crossword w/breakfast, then he naps, yjrn I get to sponge bathe him and walk awhile, lunch, walk and I head home-way too much excitment for me! On a first name basis with all nurses and staff.

So bored I just washed all my floors, dusted, vac'd etc. Nice and clean for me to enjoy.

Cyn get that checked you could've had a hairline fracture and the older ya get the worse it'll get.

Crazy those storms are so bad for you all! Enjoy the cacciatore I'm jealous.

Hey all - I'm back from my mom's. Didn't catch up on all I missed but hoping the best for everyone who needs it and sending congrats to everyone who earned them! Oh and - lots of "mmmms", "oooo that sounds great", and "have spork will travel" to all of you who had yummy meals while I was gone!

Guess what!? I bought....PANKO!!! Next step...finding time while I'm actually home for dinner and choosing a recipe for my maiden voyage into the land of panko-love.
