WHOO HOO! Love me some Sweet Baby Ray's!!!

For dinner tonight, we had filet mignons on the grill, add homemade twice baked potatoes, baked beans, and a side salad.

Tomorrow we are packing up a picnic lunch - hamburgers and hotdogs (including Jaxson's spanish sauce for the hotdogs), cold drinks, and chips. We are going fishin on the Tennessee river, and I can't wait!

Jax, have you ever heard of lime pickles? My grandmother used to make them, going to try my hand tomorrow for the first time, they were always my fave!

BTW, dehydrated lime is also known as pickling lime, you can find it anywhere!

We used to have a big crock like a milk churn to make pickles in. Got to replace it. In moving from MO it got lost somehow. Sounds like a good sandwich pickle to me. Got to try them on a burger.
