I was wondering, has anyone here tried at least one of the two flavors of Mountain Dew Game Fuel?
I tried both, and I prefer Game Fuel 1 (the Horde Red, formerly Halo 3 cherry citrus one) over Game Fuel 2 (the Alliance Blue wild fruit one). I think Game Fuel 1 tastes like a decent mix of Code Red and LiveWire.
I grabbed one because I was thirsty and it was on sale for 50 cents. I couldn't finish the thing, it was so syrupy. I looked on the back, and it had almost 300 calories in a twenty ounce! No thank you..
If it had half the sugar, it would be great. The flavor is good, but not worth diabetes.
Haven't tried it. Tried the blue version of regular Mountain Dew recently...and all I can say about it is: it's blue. Nothing to write home--or PepsiCo--about. I have noticed that bottled Mountain Dew isn't tasting the same as it does in the can, and this bothered me.

I tried it last night for the first time. Hmm, liked Code Red better, but I can't recall seeing it around. These companies try out "new flavors" for a limited time before reverting back to their tried and true. The only version I find preferable to the original is "Baja Blast" which you can get at Taco Bell, and I think exclusively at Taco Bell.
