Fried or oyster stew.

Favorite is in a casserole: escalloped oysters. Made with milk, butter, oysters (obviously) and cracker. Yummy beyond belief.

Never raw..

Preferably from Apalachicola, raw, on a saltine with lemon and horse radish....with a long neck beer.

I once made the mistake of letting my 4 YO try one and he ate a dozen...Keep kids away from good seafood!

I'll eat them anyway but my favourite way is raw. Tabasco and lemon is nice. I also had them with wasabi, ginger and soy too and that was really nice.

Raw in the half shell w/lemon and cocktail sauce. Grilled in the half shell w/butter, garlic and parmesan cheese. Also in a nice seafood gumbo!!
