I LOVE this story. It reminds me of my baby girl. She does that.

Default So many to choose from!

My ultimate dairy fantasy would be Creamy Tahitian coconut vanilla bean and Kaffir lime ice cream swirled with flakes of coconut! My second would be Some type of South American cocoa flavored ice cream with real rasberries and toasted almonds. I dream large and exotic when it comes to my ultimate fantasy food!!

My dream ice cream would be a very creamy but dense dark chocolate (without chunks!). I don't care for fluffy creams and ices filled with air or anything additional like nuts, candies, or dried fruit.

It exists. Any of that really good coffee ice cream you tend to get in France and Italy which still has the coffee beans in it. That stuff is gooooood.

Very Dark Chocolate with a little Praline interlaced with it.

Hazelnut and Dark Chocolate

A modified version of the Scottish Cranachan ( toasted oats, fresh raspberries, a little honey, cream and Amaretto rather than Whisky)

Peach Sorbet with fresh mint leaves

Lemon and Mint leaves Sorbet

Elderflower and fresh Mint leaves sorbet

Fresh Strawberries and Black Pepper with a little Balsamic Vinegar

Coffee but really good Coffee. Not too sweet, strong but not bitter.

I've never seen a blueberry ice cream.

One day I got some blueberry pomegranate juice, and that wasn't bad. But I also decided to try plain pomegranate. Not so good. I wound up mixing it with frozen fruit punch concentrate.

Anyway, my absolute favorite I can sometimes find. A cherry ice cream with chocolate chunks. Yum.
