cw, they are long and skinny, this is the second time in 3 yrs. that this has happened, dh said next year he is going to another nursery. i don't even like eggplant, i make it for him and now i have sooo many of the japanese.

George never saw that before........is there a huge difference in taste?
I bet that would taste good stuffed...with what I don't know

I think my BIL had made a shrimp and vegetable stuffing for the Japanese eggplant and he then deep fried it and made an Asian black bean sauce for it.

Kelsie we would put the Nort' End (In my Boston accent) to shame. People would be coming iinto our living rooms to eat.

We are sitting here laughing as the sun finally came out about an hour ago but right now at my back door it is shining brightly and about 8 feet away it is pouring in the back yard.
