Good Morning Innmates
Not much happening yet and no plans yet...going to be a hot one today. We had the grands last night so I am still working on getting the cobwebs out. Not enough coffee in the world for me this morning.

Macie..........I can't sleep either. Layed in bed until 5:45, then thought why bother, I'll never go back to sleep. I think it was the iced tea I had for dinner last night, too much caffeine

EM, congrats on the weight loss!!! I need to start working on some weight loss myself. I have to go to a class on Thursday (Diabetes Boot Camp) and will go from there. I already know what I need to cut out of my diet-CARBS!!!
Dinner will be short ribs, probably salad and a veggie for sides.
