Yep - I need a new idea for my yellow summer squash! I did take some and slice thin thin thin, and then made a flour and water batter, and then deep fried! Soooooooooo good to eat! Better than potato chips! Sooooooooooo bad for you! LOL

When chilled add shrimp, mix well, might need to add more Mayo or miracle whip. Taste and season.

Chill until ready to serve, stir, add more Mayo or m.w. If desired.

To die for 7 layer cookies

1 stick of butter (melted)
2 pk gram cracker sleeves (crushed)
1 pk butter scotch chips
1 pk choclate chips
1 pk peanut butter chips
1 cup cocunut
1 pk walnuts (chopped)
1 can eagle brand sweet milk...forgot what it's called

have melted butter in 9X13 smash the gram cracker for the crust. then layer as listed, bake and enjoy.

bake at 350 for 30 mintues or until all the white milk it clear. Let cool! Cut into small squares (really, really rich) and enjoy. I make around the holidays. My grandma's tradition.
