I think I need a rotisserie for the grill. I think I could do a half dozen squirrels at a time. I just don't remember what sides went well with them. My guess is mashed potatoes as they go good with most anything. I would most likely use some sweet baby ray's on them squirrels just as they are pull tender.
If you are going to have mashed potatoes I think you should smother the squirrel. That way you'd have a nice gravy.

Bless you Lacey! Today is my day off but I have spent several hours and back and forth's to the office (why do crises always happen on day's off or when you are trying to leave?). I took our old desktop in to see if it could be helped and ended up buying a whole new computer (1/2 gig memory and assorted other issues just doesn't do much any more!). If I didn't get something going then everyone would be on my laptop. NOOOO! New computer etc right when tuition is due and rent will need to be paid for DD's appt now. whew....Oh well....what kind of vino do we have here? Pinot Grigio? works for me.....ahhhhh.....
