Redbird - Thanks for the idea! I love Salmon patties and have not had them in ages! Of course, I make the way Mom does - she calls them salmon croquettes and uses salmon, little bit of flour, an egg, and then deep fries them so they are round like a hush puppie! Yum!
DOH! I forgot the flour. I used pink salmon, crushed saltine crackers, 2 eggs, and fried in minute amount of oil.
Except we were out of oil, so I had to use my popcorn oil!
Added green peas and Don was very happy. He ate two ums. I ate mine with fresh jalapeno. Ai chi wa wa!
