Everyones dinner sounds great, want a bite of everything! Ended up making mashed pot and sauteed brusssel sprouts and a small tomato and feta cheese salad with the roast beef. Now thinking of some chocolate pudding!

I KNOW! Right???? LOL

The roast in the crock pot turned out very very well! Yum! Had leftover mac and cheese, cornbread, crowder peas and green beans to go with.

Go for it. I can handle it. I've been thinking about writing a book about my experience with cancer and was joking about including a recipe section with recipes for people just like me ... like Spaghetti and Meatball! (Yes, just one meatball.)

Hmmm as it is no longer "what's for dinner" I can tell you that today's lunch will be Italian. I just ordered pasta for my colleagues and a pizza with tuna, mushrooms, salami and ham for me. Yummie, already looking forward to it.

As my dad is at home this week, my mom will cook for him. I guess there will be some scraps left over for me, too.

I hope you all enjoy your Tuesday.
