Afternoon all,
Thanks Lacey and CW for starting this thread!
I can't even look at breakfast until I'm up for awhile even tho I love it. My fav breakfast meal is eggs, bacon, homefries and toast.
Have no clue what dinner will be tonight, maybe I can get Mr. Denise to take me out..

I had thought of soup-feels like a chicken noodle soup day but went shopping and found the cutest, plumpest organic chicken-so roasted chicken w/gatlic,lemon,tarragon; baked potatoes w/sour cream; sauteed zucchini with onions and garlic.

The smell of the rotosserie chickens in the store almost drove me out the edge.

Yesterday was too much for the ole guy-his chair's been snorng all morning-he never sleeps (so he says) but I came in with 6 bags of groceries, unloaded, put away, made a huge fruit salad and spinach salad-and still he's snoring-LOL.

Got some Haas avocados-and that will be my lunch!

Hey girls, do I need to get dressed first, or can I come in my robe? I've got cabbage rolls in the oven, so I'll bring some over.

CrazyW I love them but they are time consuming to make so last time I cheated. Thought whyt not just layer everything in a caserole.

So I did a layer of cabbage, layer of lean raw ground beed, layer of raw rice, layer of cabbage, layer of meat, layer of cabbage. Mixed a lg can of tomato sauce with brown sugar, worstershire, lemon juice, poured over, covered and cooked. All the great taste without the work.

GentleArts make sure you share your recipe.

Knock, knock, knock!! "Oh what a beautiful kitchen, gosh those cabinets are georgous, Hickory I think?" Is anyone here, can I come in? hum, hum, hum--"no one here?" "Ok, I'll come back later".

"I guess I'll go out and get a cup of coffee---somewhere". "It smells soooo good in here".
