I love it, but I like white better on salad....something about the brown on lettuce I don't like.

I am glad to see some uses for it other than just salads, I am not crazy over it in salads, but can see where it could add a lot to things where you want a combination of sweet and tang.

i love a splash in tomato sauces. Really rounds out the flavors. Good for stews and beans as well.

I went to a cooking class that featured balsamic vinegar. It was amazing what all we ended up making with balsamic vinegar as a base. One of the most amazing things was a delicious ice cream topping!
