We always used to have the dried beef out of a jar made the same way but on toasted white bread.

A friend of mines husband made this a couple of weeks ago w ground beef... first time I ever had it like that...

deep fried me some chicken breast strips and french fried potatoes~ mine w/ sweet and sour~ wife uses ranch~ small side salad. Ice cream later!

Tonight is a pear and basil salad followed by a walnut, rosemary and bacon linguine and finished with a lemon olive oil cake topped with blackberries

By the time I got done shopping--and still don't have everything, going to another store for the rest--it was too late to have more than a TV dinner, so good thing I picked ONE up.

We had homemade baked potato soup (with heavy cream, butter, sour cream, green onion, bacon, and cheese), grilled cheese sandwiches, and fresh brewed sweet tea. I'm stuffed.
