Came home very late so it's gonna be a quick thing: Bruschette and spaghetti with "olive pesto" (well, I call it olive pesto, because in when I put the ingredient for the pesto in the Vitamix blender I add some black olives). We still have some salad to finish so that's it.

I have 2 nights to catch up on.

Last night was Chicken Parmesan.

Tonight I made Italian breaded zucchini and pasta with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Yum.
