I made a meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. The bf was happy. First time he'd ever had a meatloaf!!! I didn't realize how American it was.

It didn't turn out so hot. It was ok, but not a recipe I'd use again.

Tonight I have chicken breasts cooked in Szechaun sauce and curry with grilled paprika and honey pineapple slices. And of course the usual mixed salad.

Sloppy Joe with no bun with broccoli and cheese. The kids had some rice stirred into their SJ meat and they had some peaches too.
