We just came back from a trip to Winn Dixie where they had quite a sale going on, then the farmers' market. So tonight we'll have some fresh shrimp cocktail and the main meal will either be meatloaf or goulash (aka American Chop Suey). I'll let you all know later.

Was it strange eating purple mashed potatoes? I've seen those blue potatoes but never bought them. They taste the same, right?

Tonight's dinner is either shredded wheat chicken or Refrigerator Surprise.

OK, meatloaf wins. Fresh steamed asparagus, spaghetti squash, fresh tomato and cukes, probably pickles and olives, too.

Honey baked breast of chicken with 1/4 sliced potatoes added to soak up the good stuff and maybe peas or corn.
