Last night I grilled the rest of the frozen turkey and hamburgers I had in the freezer along with some hashbrown patties. I took some steak out yesterday so I seasoned and braised those with some peppers and onions and stuck them in the crock!

Crispy shredded wheat chicken and green beans sauteed with mushrooms & probably almonds too.

We are having leftovers. My oldest was up most of the night with an asthma attack so I'm on autopilot today.

It will involve fresh linguine. Beef tips in mushroom soup is the plan with okra salad on the side.

DH and I both have twelve hour days today, so I whipped up some escargot-stuffed mushrooms to bake as soon as we get home. More than likely some quinoa and a nice salad will go with that before we both pass out from exhaustion.

Got tied up with a lonnnnnnng phone call last night, so never got to have my steak and 4 cheese/spinach ravioli last night. I'll cook that up for tonight instead.

Last night was leftover rotissiere chicken and I cooked up that Knorr Pasta Stroganoff with noodles. It filled my belly.

I finally did it. Made a recipe of gnocchi that I got online. Simple, really. Just mashed potatoes and flour. The hard part was getting it cut down to cooking size and shaping it--still don't have the hang of that. But it's reminiscent of varenyky--though that's stuffed.
