Well, DH didn't feel like cooking, so I did some lemon pepper chicken breasts, jasmine rice, fresh steamed carrots and some mashed turnip. 2 pcs. of Dove dark chocolate for dessert.

Alrighty then, chips & queso...onion rings...Hawaiian Chicken & Shrimp with rice and broccoli in cheese sauce followed by iced tea. Cheddars is awesome....

Tossed mixed greens salad with flax seeds, sunflower seeds, red cabbage, golden raisins, candied walnuts, radish sprouts and a little bit of ranch (Annie's Naturals Cowgirl Ranch...the best ranch ever!!!). Then peppered tofurkey, pepper jack cheese and mayo on a lavash wrap. Some cantaloupe for dessert.

My hubby is having the salad that I'm having above, plus some leftover eggplant parmesan I made a few days ago.

Taco salad with tons of guac and salsa. Love the Green Mountain Gringo Hot salsa..yummy!

I made "country style" pork ribs, shook smoke flavoring on them, cooked them on "keep warm" all afternoon, then added brown sugar and barbecue sauce. Not bad.

Also had steamed broccoli and carrots, fresh corn, and Rosemary Potatoe bread from Alberstons, so good!
