BBQ pork chops, green beans, baked tater, sweet corn, and IN honey dowsed wheat bread, washed down with some red honey wine.
Unfortunately, had to eat inside - no picnicking now near the pond, due to masses of blood thirsty mosquitoes now swarming about

Barbequed Chicken Thighs (marinated in lemon juice, white wine, garlic, soy sauce & hot sauce).

Potato Salad

Roasted Asparagus

Dessert: the strawberries are amazing these days so it'll be Strawberries with Mascarpone.

A tossed salad with ranch dressing, then fried walleye with a baked potato, and a piece of toasted garlic bread, all washed down with a tall draft beer.

Have a great weekend everyone

I don't know.

I have pork thawed out that I didn't have time to cook yesterday (thaws in the fridge). About a half pound. Have some salsa left over, and some Ragu spaghetti sauce. Don't have much in the way of vegetables, so unless I go buy some, stirfry is out. Maybe just diced pork and fried potatoes?

Not sure yet, but it'll have to be something with some chicken breasts that got thawed a couple days ago before it walks away on its own!

Tonight is left overs since I have about 4 hours of homework and quizzes to do online when I get home from work.

Wow, sounds like a lucky family today.

I don't know what's for dinner.. tummy a little upset today. Might be all the wine I drank with my girlfriend last night!

I guess turkey chili, unless I come up with something else while grocery shopping. Add a small salad for me and some crusty bread for hubby.
