I work twelve hour nursing shifts, so I have to pack breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks a day as I am gone from 6 am until 8 pm.
Go to lunch #2: cup or less of fat-free cottage cheese mixed with yoplait berry parfait yoghurt-add to this sliced strawberries and walnuts. Very tasty and the protein keeps me going.
