Are you one of those people who will peel the skin off of fruits and veggies like apples, potatoes and cucumbers, or do you prefer them on??
Skin on for the obvious fruits and veg, but it depends on the dish. For instance, potato salad: I prefer to cook whole potatoes with the skin on, then peel after cooling. Not crazy about small sheets of potato peel in my potato salad. Same for mashed potatoes. But roasted & baked potatoes, skin on.
Apples: mostly peeled, when cooked, like in a pie or crisp, but skin on if I'm just eating a whole raw apple.
Cukes: skin on for all uses except tzatziki.

I never eat Kiwi anyway as the fruit drives my throat crazy, almost like a mild allergy.
If it's edible, I'll keep it, especially on fruit: plenty of vitamins there!
As for potatoes, I always peel them, I don't like the taste of their skin.
On (not kiwi, never heard of anyone eating kiwi's skin) for all fruits with edible skins, and most veggies. I also peel and freeze orange and lemon skins. I then use them for different cooking purposes.
I love the skin from a baked potato, I always make it extra crispy in the oven.
As far as fruit, I eat the skin, except on peaches. Something about the fuzziness, creeps me out.
Love the skins... but not on kiwi, bananas, limes, lemons, or oranges... unless it's the zest or small shavings in a particular recipe. I also love skin from a chicken or turkey. I know they say it's not good for you, but I think in moderation, most things are okay.
