It is good! I am certain that the recipe is different from long ago.
You should grab a can next time you see it on sale and try it.
It'll put hair on your chest.

My breakfast today:
a bowl of organic bran flakes, but I added dried cranberries and sliced almonds. YUM!
Oh, and Almond Breeze instead of dairy milk.
And Trader Joe's Joe coffee

I made 2 eggs over easy with buttered toast and home fries.
Watermelon for dessert.

I really wanted a frozen caramel coffee drink, but instead I made a "protein pack" at home: 1 slice grain bread, topped with 1 cooked egg, 1 slice swiss cheese, and 1 slice of ham.

But now I feel all discombobulated. I'm not physically hungry but I'm what I call "mentally hungry." Meaning, I still REALLY want my frozen caramel coffee drink and now it's all I can think about. Frustrating.

This sounds way good! Except I'd have my eggs over medium. Yummmm.

What I actually had today was not very exciting - whole grain oatmeal.

I had 1/2 of a large Blueberry Oat Bran muffin (Trader Joe's) with just a little Earth Balance and a cup of Trader Joe's coffee, my old standby.

A cup of coffee and a banana while relaxing and enjoying my beautiful view this morning.

Okay, enough of that. Time to get moving here and make it a productive day!
