Guys I didn't have 2 eggs over easy this morning. They were over hard because the yokes broke. That is the first time in a very, very long time I remember breaking yokes going into a skillet, one did as I cracked it open the other one did when I went to flip it.

Must be these cooler temps my hands were nimble and warm yet.

soft poached eggs, in a bowl with butter and fresh ground salt and pepper. some link sausage with mushrooms and dark rye toast.

Don't typically eat breakfast but this morning I had a plain bagel with eggs, cheddar and sausage on it.
And a cup of grapes and cantaloupes on the side...and a glass of water (for some reason my stomach can't handle 'typical breakfast' drinks [juices, coffee, tea, milk] in the morning)
